Everything in this guide is real. It's how I build sites. You can absolutely do it yourself in a weekend.

But if you got to the Bitwarden chapter and thought "I am not setting up a machine account", fair enough.

I'll build it for you. $2,000.

What you get:

• The whole thing in this guide, done: design, build, contact form, email on your domain, analytics, Search Console, live on your domain.
• The code and every account in your name. You own it, not me.
• A handover call where I show you how to make changes yourself with a prompt.
• Need a CMS, a store or bookings on top? Tell me in the form and I'll quote it.

What you pay afterwards: $0 a month for most sites, or $5 a month to Cloudflare if you want the extras. That's it.

How revisions work

You get one round of revisions. You see the finished site, send me one list of changes, I make them.

After that, two options:

• You don't like it? Don't pay me. I delete the site and we part ways. No hard feelings, no invoice.
• You want more changes? Each extra round is $500, and you pay for the work done so far before I touch it again.

That's the whole deal. It keeps it fair both ways: you're never stuck paying for something you don't want, and I'm not stuck in round seven of "can the logo be bigger".
